CANCELLATION POLICY
Sharp Aesthetic and Wellness Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Sharp Aesthetic and Wellness, we value your time and appreciate your trust in us. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policies: Booking Fee Sharp Aesthetic and Wellness requires a $35 non-refundable booking fee at the time of scheduling. This fee applies toward your telehealth visit, which is required for your first appointment and annually thereafter. For subsequent visits, the booking fee will be applied toward your service. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-Show Policy If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged a $50 cancellation fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply. Deposits & Prepayments Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. By booking an appointment at Sharp Aesthetic and Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with the highest level of care!
